Clients must use Camtinuous services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Cameras must not be used for illegal surveillance activities.
Prohibited Uses
Clients may not use Camtinuous services to:
- Monitor areas where individuals expect privacy (bathrooms, changing rooms, etc.)
- Conduct harassment or stalking
- Perform illegal surveillance
- Violate privacy laws or regulations
- Monitor individuals without proper legal authorization
Unauthorized Access
Clients must not attempt to:
- Access monitoring systems belonging to other clients
- Interfere with Camtinuous infrastructure
- Circumvent security safeguards
Misuse of Services
The following activities are prohibited:
- Using the service for unlawful purposes
- Distributing malware or malicious software
- Attempting to disrupt service operations
Suspension of Services
Camtinuous reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- This policy is violated
- Services are used unlawfully
- Security risks are detected
