By accessing the Camtinuous website or subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

Services Provided

Camtinuous provides remote CCTV monitoring services that include:

  • Monitoring live camera feeds
  • Detecting suspicious activity
  • Sending alerts and notifications to clients

Camtinuous does not provide physical security services, law enforcement services, or camera installation unless explicitly stated in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Maintaining operational CCTV cameras
  • Ensuring stable internet connectivity
  • Ensuring surveillance systems comply with applicable laws
  • Providing authorized access to camera feeds

Clients must ensure cameras do not violate privacy or surveillance laws.

Monitoring Alerts

When unusual activity is detected, Camtinuous may send alerts through:

  • WhatsApp
  • Email
  • SMS

Camtinuous does not guarantee that alerts will prevent incidents or crimes.

Refund Policy

If a client is not satisfied with our services, refund requests may be submitted under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial service activation
  • Refunds apply only to first-time purchases
  • Partial refunds may be issued based on the portion of service already delivered

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Camera system failures
  • Internet outages
  • Incorrect configuration by the client
  • Cancellation after the refund period

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay applicable service fees according to their selected monitoring plan.

Failure to pay service fees may result in suspension or termination of services.

Limitation of Liability

Camtinuous provides monitoring services but does not guarantee prevention of theft, damage, or security incidents.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camtinuous shall not be liable for:

  • Theft
  • Property damage
  • Personal injury
  • Security breaches
  • Business losses

Clients assume responsibility for maintaining adequate security measures.

Service Interruptions

Monitoring services may be affected by:

  • Internet outages
  • Camera malfunctions
  • Power failures
  • Third-party service disruptions

Camtinuous is not responsible for interruptions outside its reasonable control.

Termination

Camtinuous may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are not made
  • Terms are violated
  • Services are misused

Clients may cancel services according to their agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Camtinuous operates.
